However, it is impossible for us to monitor every state's rules perfectly, and we are not responsible for any import issues to your address after a tree has left our farm.

When will my order be shipped?

Most orders are shipped within 2 business days and arrive 1-3 business days after it's shipped.

We inspect every tree before it leaves the farm and use custom-sized boxes engineered to ship trees safely.

Soil and roots are shipped securely in a bag or pot, depending on its size, variety, and destination.

What if my tree arrives damaged?

Our 💯 Safe Tree Guarantee ensures hassle-free replacement of any tree not delivered alive and in fair condition.

Please send info and pictures of any issue within 48 hrs of carrier delivery to support@goodhillfarms.com.
